Kitchens are the heart of the home, but more often than not can be the place of most of the property's problems. Certain features that need to be considered in particular are:
Behind and underneath the stove is often a repository for years of dirt and grease; a haven for cockroaches and other pests. The kitchen is the area of the home which most often needs an upgrade. Whilst a complete new kitchen can be a big expense, often all it needs is new benchtops, a fresh coat of paint and maybe new tiles on the splashback. Those simple things can completely freshen a kitchen and keep it appealing tenants.
