Many project home builders use furnished display homes to demonstrate some of their house designs. For potential home buyers, many of whom find it difficult to visualise the features of a home from floor plans alone, these display homes provide an example of the finished product, as well as an illustration of the builder's standard of finish, inclusions etc.
Some of the fittings, inclusions and design features you see on display may not, however, be included in the standard version of the home. It is important, therefore, for you to know precisely what you will get should you decide to contract with the builder to build the house which is on display.
