INSTANT BITUMEN can be applied over any well compacted base or over concrete.

HOW TO USE IT

1. Broom base free of all loose debris, standing water and oil. 2. Remove top of resealable cap and apply bonding agent.

3. Open bag or pail, pour in required amount, rake to level and shape. 4. Compact mix until slightly proud. Repair is ready for immediate traffic.

Instant Bitumen Products Are

Cold Mix: Packed in tough 20kg bags. Used for general roadway repairs.

Hand Compactors: A lightweight but effective hand tamper allowing ease of use.

Bonding Agents: For better adhesion between the base and the mix. 1 lt, 5lt, 30 lt & 200 lt.

Rubberised Crack Filler: For use where sealed surfaces have cracked. 1 lt, 5lt, 30 lt & 200 lt. Quick Fix: Packed in 25kg pails. Strong epoxy formula can be used in wet or dry conditions.

Hand Screeds: For leveling and shaping the mix, with reversible wooden head.

Seal Coat: An anit-slip, waterproof coloured seal used as a final coating for footpaths, driveways, tennis courts, play areas etc. Available in Black, Grey, Red, Green.

As supplied to Council's and Authorities, "Instant Bitumen" is a special binder and selected aggregate bituminous pre-mix and is ready for immediate use.
